My Background

My passion has always centered around health and wellness, for me personally and for those close to me in my life.  At age 40, I returned to school for a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness, to pursue this passion more completely. Life for me is about people and serving.

My professional career, which has included hospitality, fundraising, and most recently sales and marketing in the senior living industry, has always focused on serving people. I find inspiring and motivating others very rewarding, and look forward to now helping people make significant life changes with the system and techniques I provide.

I enjoy leading a very active life, and love nature and being outdoors. Whether hiking with my Weimaraner, skiing or rollerblading, there’s always a way to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I also enjoy volunteering with the Weimaraner rescue! Passion and purpose drive my days and provide meaning in my work and life. Similarly, I look forward to helping you find more joy in your life!

My Story

I grew up with two German parents who both worked during my formative years.  I wasn’t allowed to be outside playing after school because they wanted to know I was safe at home. I became very self sufficient and adept at learning and entertaining my self, yet the laughter and playfulness from interacting with other children was lacking. As a result, I developed a somewhat ‘serious’ nature.

People would tell me to smile, and lighten-up.  I knew I wasn’t funny, but thought over the years I’d grown to be more light hearted.

It wasnt until I experienced the work that I do now for change to happen at a far deeper lever. Friends and neighbors said I was so different, smiling more, lighter and even funny.

My life has changed in many ways as a result.  I am now far more approachable, and connect more deeply with people I meet. My life is filled with joy, and I have the energy, focus and clarity to embrace my passions and live a life on purpose!
